Shahnaz has a great passion for coordinating art and beauty into everyday fashion as well as all other facets of daily life.  As a wadrobe stylist in Southern California and Chicago, Shahnaz brings out the best in style, comfort, and individuality of each of her clients. Shahnaz’s attention to each client’s unique attributes allows for a creative partnership, which has complete & total client satisfaction as its primary goal.

Shahnaz was born and raised in Chicago, IL. After graduating from Loyola University Chicago, with a double major in Biology and Advertising/PR and double minor in Bioethics and Journalism, she moved to San Diego in 2009.  She learned to integrate her urban Chicago appreciation for fashion with the tranquil and resplendent Southern California lifestyle she fell in love with.  In doing so, she emerged with a special style that melds urban, strong, and contemporary looks with singular vintage and ethereal aspects.   She has brought her unique approach to her work with various brands like Puma, Cobra, GMC, Petco and NFL.  Shahnaz uses her talent for runway produciton, fashion shows, commercial styling, as well as ediorial/print wardrobe styling.  She has also worked with celebrity stylist, Kristi Brooks, Bloomingdales and various modeling talents.

Shahnaz has cultivated a strong relationship with Fashion Group International, San Diego (FGIsd), where she is a board member and  holds an executive membership. Shahnaz is also the assistant editor for their fashion blog, www.fgisandiego.wordpress.com

It is important for Shahnaz to be a strong leader & contributor to her community.  As a board member, Shahnaz works closely with Cinderellas Attic, a non-profit organization that provides high school girls with the access to donated formal wear for their prom and homecoming dances, as well as special formal events.

Shahnaz welcomes the opportunity to work with clients of both genders, whether individual or in groups, as well as commercial and media clients. Shahnaz can be reached via email or by phone.
